Illium who is the observer

Talking to Liara again completes the mission and unlocks the follow-up mission: Illium: Liara: The Observer. That and I got a major vibe that her assistant was the Observer, mostly based on one of the dialogue sequences where she has a funny look on her face when Liara is talking about the mission. It turns out that Liara's assistant was the observer, so when you get all the data files, tell her that you cant figure out who it would be.
