Should i fix the shroud

But they are large, heavy and over time will rust from the sea air. Underway, the repair can be complex and time-consuming.

The kit stores in a small, waterproof, re-sealable plastic bag that can be stowed anywhere on board. One Line Terminator is pre-spliced while the other included Terminator can be spliced to the length needed. Line Terminators enable each end to be lashed on with the enclosed 20 feet of synthetic lashing line, or pinned to hardware if possible. This Oldsmobile Vista Cruiser is a perfect example. The fan shroud on this Vista Cruiser had a hole in it from contact with the fan. The fan shroud was damaged when the fan made contact with the shroud.

The shroud was removed and it was determined that the shroud was made out of polypropylene. One of those is the decision of whether or not to cure the Genophage and, regardless of the choice, it's one with lasting repercussions. This all goes down in the mission Priority: Tuchanka, which confirms that while Eve is the key to curing the Genophage, creating one will take time. This means players must defend themselves and Eve from the Reapers while transporting Eve to Tunchanka safely.

Quite a few side missions are made unavailable following this one, so getting those out of the way would be optimal, especially to ensure all Mass Effect 3 endings are accessible. This post contains story spoilers for the mission "Priority: Tuchanka" in Mass Effect 3. There's no right or wrong answer as to whether the Genophage should be cured.

However, Wrex or Wreav is convinced that curing it is required to complete the treaty between the krogan and the turians, and Shepard learns early on that the Shroud was sabotaged to prevent any dispersal of the cure. This means that Shepard is ultimately left with the decision to allow Mordin Solus or Padok Wiks to stabilize it, or stop them and allow the cure to go awry. There are all sorts of outcomes as the result of this final choice and a few others made during the same mission, though stick around.

Notably, all outcomes are available regardless of whether Mordin or Wiks are present, making their names interchangeable. If you do not want to cure the Genophage, keep mum. Not revealing the sabotage will let you keep Mordin from dying, but Wrex will attack you. Curing the Genophage will result in a heroic death for Mordin. There are plenty of outcomes here. Obviously you can cure the genophage which is all nice cupcakes and rainbows but in times of war you need to do what's hard and assure multiple allies.

To that end the best thing to do is to allow the sabotage. When you are in the final talk with Mordin you can try and delay him wont work or you can tell him of the sabotage. If you stick to the 'evil' plan but don't have enough renegade or paragon points you will only have two options "I'm not stopping you" or "I will stop you". If you do have enough renegade points, avoid using the renegade interrupt and instead choose "I will stop you". A renegade prompt appears allowing you to shoot Mordin in the back and prevent him from curing the genophage.

This causes the Krogan to believe they are cured and the Salarians happy because there will not be a Krogan uprising. This nets you two more armies for your fight against the Reapers. Ultimately the Salarians get scared and commit their fleets and resources anyway down the road so If you sabotage the cure, then later in the game you're forced to kill Wrex since he knows what you did. This will result in you losing the Krogan war assets and support so. Your first attempt to discuss the Genophage is interrupted by turbulence.

Your second attempt in front of Eve and Wreav will generate many Paragon points. I found when speaking in front of Wreav he says something about "remembering this". Not sure what impact that had, so I waited until speaking with Mordin to inform him, because I do not trust Wreav. I checked the Mass Effect wiki for a more comprehensive review of the outcomes. At this point, Shepard may either let Mordin go or stop him to sabotage the cure per the Dalatrass' request. There are multiple outcomes to this conversation:.

If Shepard warned of the Dalatrass' deal in the convoy, Mordin deploys the counter-sabotage and deploys the cure, sacrificing his life in the process. This is the only outcome in this situation. You may use a Paragon interrupt just before Mordin steps into the elevator to get some morality points, but it won't change Mordin's fate.

If Shepard did not reveal the sabotage while in the convoy to the Shroud, Mordin will realize something is wrong. Either Shepard tells Mordin about the Dalatrass' deal or Mordin will correctly surmise it. Shepard is offered a Renegade interrupt to gun him down.
